- Midwest Territorial Wrestling was owned by promoter Gary Woronchak and booked by Chris Carter.
- The promotion used the better veteran and rookie talent in the area and occasionally brought in national stars. The in-ring style leaned toward the traditional, but had a number of faster paced light heavyweights and the occasional hardcore style main event.
- The company did not have a television show, but many matches aired on a local cable access show that featured several Detroit area promotions. If you look hard enough, you can find tapes of many of the main events and even some full shows.
