- I have reconstructed as much of the tournament as I could based on commentary from several UWF videos. I'm not sure if all these matches actually took place. I suspect many of the matches did not or were made tournament matches after the fact.
- Cactus Jack beat Orndorff in the second round, however Col. DeBeers replaced him in the third round and lost to Bigelow.
- Blair beat Orton in the first round, however Ivan Koloff replaced him in the second round and lost to Bigelow.
